Can you change or cancel my booking?

No. We do not sell tickets, so the airline or travel site you booked with handles changes, cancellations and refunds. Their contact details are in your booking confirmation email.

My flight was delayed or cancelled. What can I do?

Contact your airline first. If your flight was delayed by 3 hours or more, or cancelled at short notice, you may be entitled to compensation under UK261 rules.
