What we do

Compare All Deals is a free comparison service owned and run by FindMyNextStay. We help you find and compare flights and travel extras, then send you to an airline or travel site to book. We do not sell tickets, take payments or issue bookings.

Booking with a partner

• When you book, your contract is with the airline or travel site you choose, not with us. Their terms and conditions apply.
• They handle payment, tickets, changes, cancellations and refunds. We never take your payment, so we cannot help with refunds or cancellations – contact the airline or travel site directly.
• Because we do not sell travel, we do not provide ATOL protection. Whether your booking is protected depends on what you buy and who you buy it from, so check this with the booking site before you pay.
• We cannot guarantee any partner’s service, but we do want to know about bad experiences. Tell us.

Prices and information

• Prices on our pages are the lowest recent fares we have found. They include taxes and fees known at the time, but airlines and travel sites change prices often.
• The price, baggage allowance and fare rules shown on the booking site at the time you pay are the ones that count. Always check them before you book.
• We work hard to keep guides and information accurate, but travel rules change. Check entry, visa and health requirements on GOV.UK travel advice.

How we make money

We may earn a commission when you book through our links. This never adds to the price you pay. Read more in how we make money.

Using the site

• Please use the site for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Do not try to disrupt, copy at scale, scrape or misuse the site or its search.
• Our text, design and logo belong to Compare All Deals. Please ask before reusing them.

Our responsibility to you

We provide the site free of charge and “as is”. We are not responsible for the services, prices or content of airlines, travel sites or other websites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. We may update these terms from time to time; the date below shows the latest version.
